Classy but a bit expensive!

The classy atmosphere, friendly staffs, the food and the juice, the room, the aromatic smell, the roof top pool, the breakfast, the bathroom design with a big glass window adds value to the room, the compound....

Quite pricey, the shower and bathtub didn't work properly, the hand shower was brocken and the pool closes at 7pm

The hospitality is amazing, staff are 5 star, they make you feel so welcome. Rooms need updating.

The staff are amazing, so friendly, polite and helpful. Food is very tasty, buffet was good. Bed was made beautifully. Quiet rooms and views of green trees.

The furniture in the rooms are old and scratched. It's a shame because it could be an amazing hotel but they need to refurb the rooms. They are not 5*. Also shame drinks and sparkling water are not included in the dinner (paid for bed, breakfast and evening meal).

This is the best hotel in Chandigarh!!

I loved this hotel. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and staff is so good and organized. They have amazing breakfast buffet with tons of options. Vishal, in the cafe, was very nice in accommodating throughout our stay at the hotel. This hotel is one of the best value for money I have had.

There is nothing that I didn’t like , everything was amazing.

Food wasn't that great you do have many options to select from but the taste is not what it should be, it was 3 of us we all felt the same after having our dinner.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay at a lovely hotel with very good facilities.

The hotel was lovely. It was situated only 15 minutes drive from the train station. The facilities in the hotel were very good from the range of different restaurant where you could eat at night including the brewhouse (craft beer), an in-house bakery/ coffee shop and gym and swimming pool. All of the staff were very helpful from the reception staff, breakfast and staff in the various restaurants. I spoke to a number of the chefs in the restaurants and complemented them on the quality of the food. The reception staff were able to arrange for me a day trip with a driver to Shimla which was great. They also provided a take away breakfast that morning and on the morning I was leaving to return to Delhi. The room I was allocated was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Chandigarh is a nice city, easy to walk around. I really enjoyed my stay in the city and at the hotel. I would certainly recommend to friends, family and other travellers.

The staff and chefs were excellent and very courteous.

Location, quality of rooms, gym, wet area, cafe and brewery pub were excellent. Particularly Chef Ankit Pilania was brilliant and I would also like to call out for our room (307) attendant Pawan for keeping our room clean and beautiful.

No complaints at all.
